Owner / Director & Senior Stylist
Ross embarked on his hairdressing career at 16. Creative from a young age, hairdressing was an obvious career choice and he’s never looked back. Ross’s flair for hairdressing meant he quickly excelled with his knowledge on up-to-the-minute trends with a down to earth approach, Ross will personalise a cut and colour that will stop traffic!
Holly Carlton.
Stylist & Hair Extension Specialist
Working her way up the salon from apprentice to now, a key member & stylist on the salon floor. After completing all her hairdressing studies, gaining all her qualifications including Hair Extensions, Holly has immersed into the industry, constantly wanting to improve and becoming the best all round hairdresser possible, providing the highest level of service to her clients.

Jades friendly and enthusiastic personality warms the salon. Her passion insures that her clients leave with fabulous hair on every visit which has earned her a secure spot in Newmarket’s little black book of beauty.

Gaining all her Hairdressing & hair extension qualifications... being invited to AHT national hair up competition finals and smashing it out the park, Mia has only just began! Smiley, confident & enthusiastic - Mia Covers all areas over hairdressing skill but has found a love for hair up & colouring... From bouncy blow-drys to balayages, ALL her clients leave looking a million dollars and ready to hit the red carpet!

Chloe is our newest qualified stylist! She’s been with us for just over a year and has already made a wonderful impact on the salon. In the short time she’s been here, Chloe has settled in perfectly, bringing positivity and smiles to everyone she works with. Meet our junior stylist, currently in her second year of a Level 2 apprenticeship at West Suffolk College! She’s passionate about all things hair and loves helping clients feel welcomed and relaxed in the salon. With a keen eye for style and a dedication to learning, she’s excited to grow her skills and create beautiful looks for every client she works with!

Meet Esta, our other junior stylist, who has just started her Level 1 apprenticeship at CRC College! With her bubbly personality and contagious smile, she brightens up the salon every day. Eager to learn and grow, she’s quickly picking up new skills, and we’re all excited to see her develop into an incredible stylist!
